Preparations

There are no special preparations for using magnetic therapy other than wearing the jewelry. It’s best to try and get the magnet closest to the painful area although; it doesn’t have to be directly on the area. Because it affects the blood flow, just wearing them somewhere on the body will help. For example, one client has back problems and as long as she wears her bracelets her back pain is diminished.

It has been recognized that certain individuals are more “sensitive” than others. Some people put on a necklace or bracelet and feel an immediate energy surge. We think this is because our products are so strong that it really gets the blood flowing. For those people who are like this we suggest to try to wear the jewelry for 15-20 minutes at a time to get used to the power. Then eventually work up to keeping it on 24 hours a day for maximum benefit.
