Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt you may return the item(s) for refund or exchange. Delivery confirmation is required on all returns – this protects both of us. All returned merchandise must be in “as-new” condition. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase only after the original items has been received by Epic Magnetics. We do not reimburse for shipping and handling charges. We require that all returns be shipped with USPS delivery confirmation so we may track your item’s return.
